As China's most professional, well-known and authoritative MEMS exhibition, CHINA MEMS2021 has achieved great success. Professional attendees are concentrated in many fields such as semiconductors, automobiles, electronics manufacturing, consumer electronics, military industry, aerospace, sensors, and the Internet of Things. International professional visitors came from 28 countries and regions. Globally well-known MEMS application and foundry manufacturers, equipment manufacturers, MEMS key laboratory experts, and Micro-nano manufacturing technology experts from the 863 Program of the Ministry of science and technology  participated in our exhibition and high-level forum. In 2021, the total area of the exhibition is 20,000 square meters. Hundreds of MEMS industry chain companies participated in the conference and exhibition. The exhibition set various international and domestic pavilions such as the Canadian delegation, Korean delegation, Iran delegation, and Shenzhen China delegation. A total of visitors from 28 countries and regions visited the site, with the number of 20,000.
